Pest Control in South Boston : Mosquitos, Ticks, Termites & More

South of Boston Service Area

Avon, Canton, Dedham, Medfield, Norwood, Sharon, Stoughton, Walpole

Got a pest problem?

We understand how having insects like bed bugs, ticks, and termites can make your home feel a lot less welcoming, maybe even downright unpleasant. Let our experienced pest control professionals solve the problem for you.

Don’t let ticks, termites, and bed bugs ruin your residential or commercial property with their invasive activities. Unfortunately, homes and properties around the South of Boston area experience these unpleasant pests as well as the serious risks they pose to you and your family’s health.

For example, infected tick bites can cause rashes, nausea, or fever. Cockroaches carry disease and can contaminate your food and dishes. And while termites don’t carry disease themselves, their nest-building activities may trigger allergic reactions for homeowners while also significantly damaging your home’s structure.

You may have used over-the-counter chemicals in the past that eliminated some of these visible invaders. You may have thought you were successfully able to reclaim your home, only for them to return stronger. This often happens because pests that you see in your home are just the tip of the iceberg — there are far more hidden away from sight.

Greenhow Pest Control is fully aware of the problems homeowners have with pests that simply won’t go away. So, if you have ants crawling up the side of your house, crickets taking over your yard, or flies buzzing around food prep areas at work, we’ll take care of all of them quickly and professionally without costing you too much money.

Take Your Home Back from Annoying Pests

The expert technicians at Greenhow Pest Control include Associate Certified Entomologists. We’ll use all of our skills, knowledge, and industry-leading technology to eliminate pests quickly and safely.

Our process is simple yet effective — we begin by scouting your property for signs of infestation. This could include areas with damaged wood or larvae droppings that indicate some kind of pest problem. We also check outside the area for uncovered garbage cans and sewage drains as well as overgrown foliage. Once we find the source, we can apply control measures such as baits, exclusion, pesticide applications, and traps to eliminate pests once and for all.

Before we do this, our professionals will continue inspecting to find structural issues such as cracks in the entryway or mold growing inside the walls. If there are more significant problems found during an inspection then we will offer recommendations on how best to deal with them without risking injury or damaging important property.

By resolving these issues, you bar pests from entering your home. These are probably why termites, ticks, and even rodents were able to invade your home in the first place.

As mentioned, pests can cause harm to your property and health. To help reduce the risk of infestation in your home or office building, plan to implement annual pest control for all properties.

Integrated pest management is one of the most effective ways to reduce infestation risk. It discourages pests from relying on garbage cans, drains, and other sources of food. The process also includes monitoring sanitation practices such as covering trash bins with lids that seal tightly after use, keeping water containers covered, removing and debris piles near buildings, among other things.

We want to make sure your home and belongings are safe from contamination so before our licensed applicators treat your property. We will advise on what precautions need to be taken for you to enjoy a pest-free environment all year-long.
