im finding this company confusing. i booked greenhow because ofthe (carpenter ant treatment )was as pet friendly that was out there. i regret that i chose your company though. lots of gaps/ different answers concerning my questions1- terms& conditions werent on proposal( had to ask)- this is very understandable, but was a look as to what was to come.2- our concern was carpenter ants, not rodents/ mice( at all-zero)- technician was nice& ontime- but he thought he was here for mice, not ants.10/10 for the technician. he said someone would call me& book next appt if needed.3- i had to call& get pesticide info from company to direct to the other residents.4- zero followup. in fact, our HOA is changing& we are moving to all check payments& i HAPPENED to phone (7/16/19)greenhow to take my personal creditcard off the file- woman noted that we have an appt on 7/25/19- thats the 1st id heard of it( since i have surgery on 7/24)& 5- IT STILL SAYS ITS TREATMENT FOR MICE- again, it was for ants. she noted that i might get an email the day before& its just the outside& commonareas( but those areas( common) are locked( i said)-- tech said there would be appt set up 6- now i have the acct in delay( thats fine) but its confusing/ as to the proposal not noting any sort of delay option i did not post any of this on social media, twitter, or any of your review sites, i feel that telling you directly is the most mature option. i dealt w/ a roofing company for a full new roof& a masonary company for a foundation problem( both about 7 day projects) & didn't encounter any of the confusion that i have from greenhow. so, no, i cannot reccomend your company. ( & you have great reviews, . & we have zero ants)
Billing for the last year has been an absolute cluster. From not being billed to being billed for multiple months at one time to receiving an outstanding balance notice for an entire year even though it’s noted in our account to charge us monthly. When I mentioned no one had been to our house in over a year to check the stations i was told someone came in May but was later told that was an error when I said provide the date because I am usually here to let someone in to the house. When we finally got someone to come out the guy said he was only hear to check the inside of the house but I explained to him I had specifically asked for someone to check inside and out like we do yearly. He was able to ‘make some time’ to do so and replace some stations that had been removed during some renovation we had done. Needless to say it’s been a very confusing year when it comes to what has been done and not done here and I hope it gets better.
I like the fact that we get an email prior to service dates as a reminder. I also like that the people I have talked to on the phone are both friendly & informative but most of all, I like my weed-free, green lawn & healthy plants!!
