You seem to be doing a good job, but the whole service doesn't seem to have much a human touch. You are great when I call, but the emails and invoices are hard to understand - I'd like to get something from a human that writes out in human language what you are doing and when, and how that fits into the overall program. I also got 2 robocalls earlier for each of the two different services you provided (saying you were coming by) - I'm sure that was a mistake since they were right on top of each other. Anyway, the lawn looks good, although there are some weeds coming in that I mentioned last year - I think they are Queen Ann's Lace and something else, although last year your technician emailed he just saw clover. I know what clover looks like, but I didn't have the time to follow up.

the strategies greenhow used to control the mice are the same one can purchase in a hardware store, and there is no improvement in the situation, in fact the mouse infestation is worse.
1. Communication with the sales manager was far from satisfactory. 2. Telephone messages left with office staff were relayed incorrectly. 3. Technician who came to service the property did not do a full inspection - just asked unit owners if pests were noted and did not pursue treatment of problem. Second service call was placed within 10-days’ time. 4. Amount charged was incorrect and not the amount I had agreed to pay. Multiple issues make me reluctant to recommend this company to any family/friends. Do not feel like a valued customer.
