Try to keep the same one or two individuals coming back, rather than a different person each time. It makes it more challenging for each new tech to learn the house and all the areas of concern, etc. The home owner should not have to walk around almost every time pointing out all the points of concern for the new tech. It really is time consuming and unnecessary if there was not so much turnover of techs.
