Minuteman Service Area
Route 3 and Route 2 Corridor (Arlington, Lexington, Concord, Middlesex County Massachusetts)
Got a pest problem?
We understand how having insects like bed bugs, ticks, and termites can make your home feel a lot less welcoming, maybe even downright unpleasant. Let our experienced pest control professionals solve the problem for you.
You may have tried getting rid of pests like bed bugs, ticks and termites yourself with chemicals or other methods, only to find that they keep coming back. This is how you know that you need a professional pest control service to handle the problem rather than relying on over-the-counter pest treatment products.
Removing invasive insects from your home or business is what we do. When you schedule an appointment with us, we will survey the affected area to find what type of insect problem you have. Sometimes there may only be one pest, or there may be several at work, creating damage to the structure. Our team will check for signs of insects like damaged wood, casings, or larvae. Once we know what kind of pest we’re dealing with, then we move on to the next step.
We Serve You At Your Property
We service most of Middlesex County Massachusetts for commercial and residential customers. Exterminator services offered in this area are pest control, lawn care, mosquito and tick control, plant health care, rodent control, and termite control. This service area includes northwest of Boston and Cambridge up the Route 3 corridor to the north and Route 2 corridor to the west. Our lawn care service is only for the towns of Medford, Arlington, Lexington, Burlington, Bedford, Chelmsford, Westford, Lincoln, Sudbury, Concord, Carlisle, Acton, Boxborough, Littleton, Stow, Groton, and Harvard.
Starting in Medford, Arlington moving northwest through Lexington, Burlington, and following Route 3 north through Bedford, Billerica, Chelmsford, Westford, Tyngsborough with the west boundary at Groton, Ayer, and Harvard. The Route 2 corridor towns of Lincoln, Sudbury, Concord, Carlisle, Acton, Boxborough, Littleton, Stow, Bolton, Maynard, and Hudson on the Route 495 belt are all covered in this service area. Many of these towns have a wonderful history. The pest control shot heard round the world occurred on Battle Green, Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington. Bedford is the home of the first flag. Concord is home to many historic sites such as Old North Bridge and portions of Battle Road.
This area stretches from urban Arlington to suburban Lexington and out to rural Harvard. It is a mix of residential styles from multifamily to single-family. Predominately less dense development, the age of a home is as old as the late 1700s but is mostly homes built from the late 1800s to the 1930s inside the Route 128 belt and built in the 1950s to 1990s for the former farming communities making up the area outside the Route 128 belt. Balloon wall construction over basement foundations is the prevalent form of framing for older homes. The post-World War II developments in Acton, Boxboro, Littleton, and Groton are deck-style framing. From a commercial perspective, it includes high-tech offices along Route 128, Route 3, and Route 495. There is a wide variety of foodservice available from the farm stands that line Route 2 and Route 2A to family-owned restaurants in Harvard and Concord and great local chain restaurants in the commercial mall area of Burlington and Bedford. Our integrated pest management service covers them all.

Getting to the Root of Your Pest Problems
We will survey your property outside as well as inside to see if there are issues that may be leading to your insect problem. Our professionals will check for items like uncovered garbage cans, uncovered sewage drain, or overgrown foliage. This is known as integrated pest management, and it involves putting physical barriers in place to help keep pests from entering your home. It also means ensuring proper sanitation so pests have less access to food and water — making your home less attractive to pests!
We also look for structural problems that may invite pests, such as cracks in the entryway, mold, or openings in the foundation. If sanitation or building problems are found during the course of our investigation, we will advise you on what your next steps should be.
Depending on what type of pest you have, we will use pesticides or traps to remove the insects. Once we’ve determined our course of action, we will have our licensed applicators treat the building. Before doing so, we will advise you about the safety of you and your pets, and items in the home or office that you may want to cover to keep from contamination. Our goal is not only to rid your home or workplace of pests but always to make safety a number one priority.
