In general, consider "automatic" adjustments to service based on conditions (effectiveness, weather). E.g.: For pest services, it's a bit pricey - 60/mo for checking traps and spraying foundation. But we need it, so that's fine. Maybe come more often when weather is bad to clear traps (especially in summer when hot- mice come in as well, then begin to decay immediately; waiting up to 2 mos isn't good). For mosquitos- it's not as effective as it needs to be. Maybe do a spot check to see how effective the treatment is. If it's not effective enough once every 3 or 4 weeks, come more often, without me needing to ask.
