I didn't understand your billing method. Other companies send me a bill and I pay them. You send bills on line or not at all. You don't have a month spacing between vector services and I didn't know when you were going to be here and wasn't given email notification that you were going to be here or were here. I wasn't given a proper discount and was given a hard time when 5% discount on the bill. I don't understand how you arrivted at the charges since I have about 1/2 acre of land being sprayed and other companies give a better discount for more applications. Also, I don't understand what your is and how it might apply to me. Also, I don't understand why I need an application in October just 2 weeks after the previous application.
