Great communication about upcoming services, always prompt and reliable. Prompt, courteous responses to inquiries about current or existing service. Employees are always friendly, respectful, clean and neat, and are fastidious about letting us know they've arrived and what they will do.
I had booked an appointment with Greenhow for a problem we had been having with pavement ants. On the day of the service appointment it was raining and I as told that this problem could not be addressed, but they could take care of spraying the foundation etc., I was very disappointed that the very reason I had hired a pest control service for was not addressed and I had to schedule a follow up service to address it, which I hope will be addressed at a future appointment. I hope that Greenhow prepares customers before hand for the type of service they are going to receive on the first service day. Also, the service reps appeared a bit incredulous when I told them about my pavement ant problems, they were quite young and looked inexperienced but they should be advised to hold their judgement when a customer is describing an issue. No one pays $$$ for a service they don't have a problem with. Pavement ants are real and I now have photographs to show them at the next appointment.
