Mosquito Breeding Sites

Reduce mosquitoes around your home by reducing water sources. The leading breeding source for mosquitoes is gutters. Keep your gutters clean so water will flow. Change birdbaths at least once a week. Store watering cans, buckets or toys upside down so water doesn’t collect. Prop up covers on boats or woodpiles so water does not pool. Drill holes in small items that collect water, like a tire swing, to allow water to drain out.
