Quick, personable, reliable, and thorough. Extremely helpful in following through with a termite swarm years ago; Greenhow comes to check every spring and gives us detailed account of how to prevent other pests (notably mice). Greenhow also sprays our large-ish, wooded property for ticks and mosquitoes-this actually allows us to use the garden.
