The End* is Near!*of the season.
As the season wraps up it is time for one of the final plant health care applications of the year, the late fall anti-desiccant application to reduce winter burn. Winter burn is not a burn at all, but a common name for what happens when a plant loses its moisture over the winter and, due to frozen and dry ground, cannot replace the moisture. These anti-desiccant, also know as anti-transpirant, applications will be down over the next few weeks. Make sure to give your trees and ornamental plants a final big drink of the season.
