Got a pest problem in the South Shore?

We understand how having insects like bed bugs, ticks, and termites can make your home feel a lot less welcoming, maybe even downright unpleasant. Let our experienced pest control professionals solve the problem for you.

Pest Control Services in South Shore Boston

No home feels like a sanctuary of your own if you also have to share it with invasive pests like silverfish, ants, ticks, termites, bed bugs, and many more. These insects are not merely unpleasant nuisances, but can also pose a serious health risk for people who live there. For example, just one tick bite could make someone sick by causing rashes, nausea, or Lyme disease

Meanwhile, pests like termites don’t carry diseases themselves, but they can still damage your house and create allergic reactions. Their nest-building activities produce pheromones, which trigger allergies, attract more termites to invade your personal space, and eventually weaken and destroy important wooden beams in your home.

The first thing most people do is opt for over-the-counter chemicals and sprays to use on the pests visible inside your home. However, these products won’t eliminate all of them. In fact, these unsafe methods only encourage pests to continue infesting your house unless something different is done about it first.

Thankfully, Greenhow Pest Control is more than equipped to get the job done. Our experienced technicians and non-toxic pest management methods will have you feeling safe in your home or commercial property in no time.

If you’re tired of dealing with pesky insects getting into everything, opt for Greenhow, your go-to exterminator within the South Shore Boston area. We offer a wide range of services including extermination, prevention, and eco-friendly solutions (for those who are concerned about their impact on the environment).

We Serve All South Shore Homeowners

We have the South Shore Covered!

We service towns in the area of the Route 3 and Route 93 corridor that makes up the south shore of Boston Massachusetts for commercial and residential customers.  Exterminator services offered in this area are pest controllawn care, mosquito and tick controlplant health care, rodent control, and termite treatment.  This service area includes small towns and cities and stretches along Route 3 and Route 93.  This beautiful coastal area tends to have less snow and more air humidity than other parts of Eastern Massachusetts.  From the city John Adams called home, Quincy, to the Plimoth Plantation, this area has a little of everything.  The towns covered lie in two different Massachusetts counties, Norfolk and Plymouth County.  Lawn care service is limited to Milton and Quincy.  Termite service covers the entire area and extends onto the Upper Cape Cod towns of Sandwich, Falmouth, Barnstable, and Yarmouth.

This area stretches south from Milton and Quincy at the Boston border.  Moving south and southeast the area includes Milton, Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, Hingham, Cohasset, Abington, Rockland, Hanover, Norwell, Marshfield, Pembroke, Duxbury, Kingston and Plymouth.

It is a mix of residential styles from multifamily to single-family.  Predominately dense development, the age of a home is as old as the late 1600s but is mostly homes built from after World War II.  Balloon wall construction over basement foundations is the prevalent form of framing for the older homes in Milton and Quincy.  Most other homes are capes, ranches, and colonials built with deck-style framing.  From a commercial perspective, it includes high-tech offices in urban centers in Quincy and apartment buildings in Braintree.  There is a wide variety of foodservice available from the local restaurants in Plymouth to the great chain restaurants in the commercial mall area of Braintree.  Our integrated pest management service covers them all.

Nip Pest Problems in the Bud with Our Pest Control Services

At Greenhow Pest Control, we make sure to go through every nook and cranny of your property during a pest inspection. To do this effectively, our team will scout for signs that point towards potential infestation like damaged wood or larvae droppings.

Once the source is discovered by our experienced professionals, it’s time to take action against rodents and insects so they can’t invade again in the future.

Our integrated pest management process surveys any vulnerabilities around your property and works to keep pests away from your home. The process includes covering garbage cans, drains, and making sure the property has proper sanitation so there’s no food for them or water they can drink from. As a result, your property becomes a less attractive home for pests which will then drive them out of your house once and for all.

We also look for structural issues such as cracks in your entryway or mold growing inside the wall during our inspection. Upon identifying a problem, we provide recommendations on how to get it fixed the right way to prevent pests from getting into your house.

It’s also possible that we may find more significant structural issues in your property. Again, we can provide recommendations of people whom you must reach out to get these issues. While it would require extra work on your home, it would ultimately be worth it for the safety of you and your family.

Finally, our professional applicators at Greenhow Pest Control will use safe pest control methods to exterminate pests that are still lurking in your home. Before doing so, our caring technicians ensure that your belongings are safe. We’ll also advise you of the necessary precautions you can take to keep your property pest-free after the process is complete.
